Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

For order issues such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us at info@givingnewhair.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted. 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

Requests related to exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for the original texture ordered, subject to approval.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved at our discretion, the fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges on hair that has been:

  • Washed
  • Worn
  • Installed 
  • Altered in any way

 

Order Accuracy & Inspection

All hair is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and order accuracy.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


Final Sale & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted except in limited circumstances involving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, as determined at our discretion.

If a return is approved, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. You will be informed whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
